Every application is read personally. No assistants, no funnels, no automated sequences.

If the fit looks right, you will receive a link for a direct conversation. If it does not, you will hear that honestly too.
What happens next
One offer, one price, one start window
Completed applications route to a 30-minute alignment call with Mark, framed explicitly: "This call is for both of us to find out if this is a fit. About half of applicants aren't, and I'll tell you directly." Price is stated within the first five minutes, no price-hiding. From there: The Threshold, then an invitation letter naming what was observed.
